Velour Edge is a premium commercial and lifestyle destination designed to redefine roadside retail architecture. The project brings together curated food & beverage brands, boutique retail, and drive-through convenience into a single, cohesive masterplan that commands attention from the highway.

Inspired by contemporary European-style architecture, the design language blends timeless sophistication with modern hospitality aesthetics — featuring dark timber cladding, warm ambient lighting, elegant proportions, and a signature brass-finished pylon signage tower that acts as both wayfinding and a beacon of identity. Every tenant space is designed with generous frontage, rain-resistant canopies, and landscape buffers that create a refined, resort-like arrival experience.
